Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maestro — including the maestromojo.com website, the Workspaces portal, the Maestro MCP server and API, and site hosting services (together, the "Service") — operated by NativeMojo LLC ("NativeMojo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Maestro is an AI agent coordination platform: shared tracking boards and workspaces, a knowledge base, code indexing and analysis, AI agent pipelines, and static site and domain hosting. The Service is accessed through the web portal and through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) from AI assistants such as Claude.

2. Accounts and API keys

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Hosted sites. Content you publish through Sites is your responsibility and is publicly accessible. We may suspend or remove any hosted site or content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, and we may respond to valid takedown requests (including DMCA notices) by removing content and, for repeat infringers, terminating accounts. Report abuse or infringement to support@nativemojo.com.

4. Your content

5. AI features

The Service coordinates AI agents that can act on your instructions — filing and editing items, writing code, running builds, deploying sites, and more. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated work before relying on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

6. Credits and fees

7. Third-party services

The Service is built on third-party infrastructure and model providers (including Amazon Web Services) and interoperates with third-party clients such as Claude. Your use of those clients is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we handle it, and is part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by NativeMojo LLC and its licensors. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIVEMOJO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless NativeMojo LLC from claims arising out of your content, your hosted sites, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page (and, where appropriate, in the portal) with an updated date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
